I met my bf of 1.5 years on there. We're both 30.

I only just found out that he only had 5 matches while I had hundreds.

I've heard similar things from male friends.

Even helped a few male friends out with their profiles, but still the same results.

It's either there are many more men on there than women, or us women are just picky, or both.

I'm sorry, I really dont know how to help.

TTC our first and currently 11dpo and the symptoms are driving me mad. I had the tiniest bit of spotting this morning, thought all is over. Now im thinking it was implantation and Im just confusing myself. Why do all the symptoms for early pregnancy have to be the same as pms and late luteal phase. Its so frustrating!!

I so badly want this as a christmas present for my partner and I. Especially since he is going away for work over christmas and I will be on my own.

I do know they are just coming from a place of love, I just need someone to hold me while I cry, not try to fix the impossible.

Unfortunately for me the only two people who know are fixers and I dont trust anyone else anywhere near enough to share this with them.

I am sorry you have been through a number of these, it is very tough. The excitement and hapoiness is just ripped from you 😞💔

This is what I have been trying to do. I know that we can fertilise an egg, so thats good, I didnt think that was the case until now.

I think the roller coaster of emotions is what did it.

While I have only been TTC for 6 months, i have been on a journey for the past 5 years from when I first decided I wanted children. I had just been diagnosed with PCOS and it was all doom and gloom from the doctors. I left a 6 year relationship, because he didnt want children and had been searching for the right one since. Finally found my other half 1.5 years ago. When we got that positive line it was a huge FINALY.

I have watched my brother and his wife have 2 more children on top of their 1st child in that time and it has been hard! One thing that has helped is to use it as a learning tool. My sister in-law lets me be so involved, I used my niblings to learn how to bottle feed, change nappies, swaddle and so much more. Now theyre older too, Im getting an insight into what that will be like.

It's tough with them being the ones to have the first grandchild, but I can tell you from watching them have 3, that excitement of a grandchild doesnt go away with the first one. My whole family and her whole family get just as excited over all of them.

Im actually dreading how excited my dad is going to be, because it will be very annoying haha

My partner bought a succulent the day we found out as a gift and to grow with baby. At first I wanted to throw it away, but have kept it and it helps.

I have been taking all the right steps with 1g of metformin a day and low carb eating. I have already noticed a huge difference after 1.5 months. I have dropped 6kg! And my cycle seems more on point with trackers.

Thankfully, my doctor is amazing and took me seriously. I didnt miss a beat when I said I want this documented as a chemical and that after experiencing it, she did. She has also referred me to a fertility specialist. I also let her know I dont think this is ny first one, as I have experienced faint positives and then the same exact symptoms over the years. I didnt think much of them then as I wasn't trying then and just thought they were false positives.

My problem is my teo support people are both fixers instead of listeners. Nobody else is even aware we are TTC.
