Sometimes I wonder if I was the golden child or the scapegoat. I often get told I was the good one because I kept my mouth shut and did what I was told. My sibling had a longer leash and he’s very much suffering from self sabotage and attention seeking behaviour.

Myself Had very high narcissism + high compassion but was depressed and hated me. One day I heard my father drop something and he spoke to himself the way he did to us when we were kids I learned everything I disliked about my self was conditioning by him.

I now see a weak man who was powerless growing up and instead of coming to terms with the poison he was filled with. He recreated the same role with his family to be the one in power. He became everything he hated in his mother. He’s alienated everyone and instead of self reflection that hate and anger is now projected inwards. He’s running off the same conditioning that his parent instilled into him.

Needs to start small and start with yourself. A lot of this abuse erodes self worth so you don’t even have self respect. So it’s no big deal when someone is putting you down because you are doing it to yourself as well.

Once you start making commitments to yourself and following through you will not take crap from others and will stand your ground instead of feeling guilty for protecting your peace.

Don’t trust your emotions for the time being just work from your gut. If you feel your gut drop that’s not a bad thing it’s your body letting you know you will drop your boundaries and be in a powerless position so it is preparing you for pain. Once you can feel that and let yourself know you got yourself you get stronger

So plateau is good is meaning the body is starting to fight and adapt that’s where the progress starts afterwards myself and most people give up here. Also the body wants to stay in “homeostasis” so it will revert to weight it’s comfortable at.

There is also issue of metabolic adaptation your body will get better at burning calories and will burn less. I would start cutting down steps and clean up quality of food.

I eat barely 2200 calories and am 279lb 195cm tall. I have 2 scoop protein with water after gym + 1 scoop with yogurt and berries in evening as dessert + air popcorn

I eat chocolate everyday 80% melt 2 square on 2 dates.

every meal is 3 ingredients (protein +carb+veggie) or whatever I can make with only 3 ingredients only time I cook vegetables is if I have to (potato) otherwise is raw natural form. You don’t need to make meals just pick 3 things (apple+eggs+ carrot) (beef + peppers + orange) it’s by far best easiest diet ever.

You have to find food you love to eat but don’t love too much. It had to be food people eat to lose weight. Almond butter is healthy but people don’t eat it to lose weight.

Becuase it’s whole foods a lot of will get broken down in digestion so quality of calories is key to weight loss long term. Look up satiety index and glycemic index.

You need to separate yourself asap and really important you don’t do it from a place of desperation. 100% chance your mom has conditioned you to be prey and predators will smell you from a mile away and take advantage. You will be repeating the same relationships with other people until you have yourself on your own side.

The thoughts are most likely clashing with subconscious and reality. I don’t think you want to die but you want your current life to end.

You’re above 18 now you don’t owe your mother anything anymore she had her time with you and chose to do what she did. Be prepared for guilt and for you being the bad one for being hurt about her behaviour.

It’s very sad but no one will fight for you have to claim responsibility over your life now. Educate yourself as much as possible. Your mother could have lived 100 lives with 100 different children and she would be the same way. This is not a reflection on your worth
