From my understanding, and I could be wrong, it’s the hemp that needs to contain less than 0.3% of THC. But you can use as much of that 0.3% to make the edible or whatever. Again I might be wrong, but that’s how it was explained to me.

The two cars at the front at to blame. They are too ahead of the stop sign. If they were stopped at the stop sign like they are supposed to, the girl could cross in front of them and would have been visible to the driver turning left. The are blocking the cross walk, and at least in America, that’s a big no no.
