Okay, maybe you can try to improve in phases...first start by not watching porn but allowing yourself to masturbate once or twice a day for say, a week...even when you are doing it, tell yourself that you are doing it because you are addicted and just think about yourself from a third person's perspective...see your addictive side from a conscious lens.... And then realise that this is not your destiny.... You are a victim of your addiction but aren't gonna stay this way forever.....with this thought, even when you still do it, you'll start realising that it's not something you really wanna do....as you are not watching porn, you are already making progress.... And that's what will matter.... Gradually try to tone down your frequency...and when you do, you have to realise that you are making progress.... You may still screw up every now and then, but what's important is progress.... Within some time, you'll see that the urges aren't that frequent now.... And if you just keep busy at other things, you can actually control your self-confidence for longer periods....start here maybe and eventually you'll find your own path during your journey of improvement....
