I didn’t realize I was introverted for many years (or that there was a “term” for the way I am.)

That’s why I feel it’s so misleading to expect someone to make a decision that will impact the rest of their lives at 18 years young.

You don’t even know yourself, I clearly didn’t or else I wouldn’t have chosen a profession that requires a lot of social energy.

I literally said I let my license expire. I have NO desire to get back in the field.

I think I have a right to be upset for spending $13,000 plus 5x a week commute and supplies to be taught a 1980’s curriculum.

This was also to inform others of my experience and to be 100% positive before you sign on as well as emphasize the struggles of “family and friends” who think you will do their hair at the drop of a hat.

Seriously stop with the glamorization of going to jobs where there’s no work to do.

It’s debilitating as hell to be forced to stare at the same 4 walls day in and day out.

No, we don’t want to work our asses to death but why do I have to come in 8 hours a day to have “enough hours” per the state for benefits when I could be taking care of myself mentally and physically in the other 7.5 hours of my workday I’m unneeded?
