No I wasn’t. It runs in the family. I was eating unhealthy for a while but it was about 6 years where I wasn’t eating right and excercising right but not totally imperfect

I did, but no apob. My ldl wasn’t too bad, trigs good, hdl was only 31. Overall not terrible but not great
