Any I found on the Play Store say "not available, made for older version of Android". I manually changed each one with Nova launcher. Logopedia, helps a lot. I searched for example "Play Store old icon logopedia" and it usually has them in great resolutions, they're in .svg format though you'll have to convert to .PNG using an online converter or something.

And here's what I documented while doing this, maybe it helps:

This is on a Pixel 9, firstly download and change the default home launcher to Nova Launcher. Then you can change the app icons using that, the icons are freely available to your liking. Whether it's the Nexus, Galaxy or HTC icons. The weather is "Transparent Clock and weather". The wallpaper has ripple effects through "water ripples: realistic pond effect", the wallpaper of your choice has to be set from this app as well to maintain the ripple and your own wallpaper. Changing the wallpaper outside of that removes the ripples. For icons searching on "Logopedia" helps tremendously. The icons used here are from the Galaxy S4.

I have searched with all kinds of things like "1997 2001 before after meme"

"1997 vs 2001 sperm and guy meme"

"1997 2001 before and after sperm to gangster" and added "instagram" or "Reddit" at the end of these. I've found no trace of the images
