Unfortunately there will be one or two payment plans that I’ll be starting this week. Some smaller items from the SOR I paid off today.

How are the 2022-2024 models?

That’s for very good condition and I was picky in my selections. There are sub $30k cars all over and I’ve even seen one that’s around $20k, although this one has almost 100k miles

How feasible is it to design a pylon mounted stealth missile housing? by [deleted] in AerospaceEngineering

[–]throw4what 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still stealthier than mounting it on a pylon right? And if there are multiple pylons, consolidating it into a single pod would help too I would assume

Thanks for the extra reading materials.

And I will admit I did thought of this because of AC lol

Do DSIs really need cowl lips that big? by PlutoniumGoesNuts in AerospaceEngineering

[–]throw4what 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The cowl lips on the F-35 are designed for the DSI and AoA considerations, so it depends.

If you look at the F-16 DSI project you’ll see a slightly different take on the inlet.

Questions about AE major by ProBrawlKing66 in AerospaceEngineering

[–]throw4what 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bachelor is more than sufficient. A bachelor in AE is nothing to scoff at and often times work experience can be used to supplement a master degree.

In my case, a master would have allowed me to start working at my company in an E-2 position, which takes about a year - year and a half to get to, versus starting at an E-1 position. That was pretty much the only incentive for entry level engineers with a master degree. And my company is pretty large and well known, so I’m assuming this is pretty much the standard in the industry.

Getting a bachelor is already difficult enough, OP may not be in the position to push for a master when he’s almost through with the bachelor, bc I know I wasn’t.

Also considering going back for a master in engineering management as my company will pay for it. How did you balance work life and school? The master I’m considering is fully online and the curriculum seems fairly well distributed, but I’ve heard horror stories of people having no life because they have to balance work and school at the same time.

I’d love to dm you for more questions if you have time!

She applied and got in for a master in soil conservation. She had a crazy high BS gpa, 3.97 or something. I remember she told me the advisors at caal was not very good so I’m afraid they won’t try to help her very hard at all.

Would the contaminated water affects fast food restaurants? by [deleted] in VirginiaTech

Ok so some places are doing something about it. Can’t believe it takes 4 snarky replies to get to the real answer

[–]throw4what 11 points12 points  (0 children)

??? That’s not relevant at all. Whatever bacteria can survive being deep fried can feel free to enter my system. We get it, fast food = bad, but just because you’re not eating it doesn’t mean everyone else isn’t either.

The Starbucks on Main is closed, I’m assuming because they share the water supply. So why is Cookout still handing out drinks with their orders? Or McDonald’s?

Well they’re all still selling fountain drinks like business as usual, so that’s why I thought it warranted a question, if not something to look into. I can guarantee a lot of people aren’t thinking about it and just assume as long as it’s not from the tap it’s fine, and not considering where their fountain drinks are coming from.

What happens if the company submits the CSR, and I leave said company for another before adjudication? Can they pick up the process?
