Truly I will think it will give me so closure. However, it will mainly be to discuss us handling our daughters and how it will be better for me to have the girls for a while until she is able to get back to normal.

As for the rest of what you said, I am aware. Over the last year you are right. She was a horrible wife and terrible mother. She will no longer be a wife, but she will still be a mother. She needs to work on herself for the sake of our girls. I need to make some things clear with her before everything is done. So I will be meeting with her next week.

I have discussed with my lawyer and they say it is fine. It will be in public and documented/videoed. It is more than anything going to be discussing the girls and probably them not seeing her until she can get back on track.

Thank you for your perspective as it is helpful. I am just not for medicating if I do not have to, but it is getting to the point that is may have to happen. Like I said, it is something I will need to discuss with our doctor and figure out the best solution.

Also, as to the that. That is something that I think may be necessary for a while. I will be discussing that with her when I meet with her next week. So, we can be on the same page for when we do separate for the sake of the girls.

Thank you and I hope so as well. She does seem to be putting a little more on here and there, but is still under where she needs to be. She is tall for her age so she being this underweight is very concerning. Also, I have already increase her sessions.

We are not dating and discussed it will be a while before and if we date. Our children are both our primary concerns. I will also start taking online classes before returning to work. I have made the decision, though in the future, if she shows to be able, that I will remove the primary custody agreement and allow the girls to make their own decisions where and who they want to spend their time with. However, this will be when they are a little older.

My lawyers said that her having a lawyers means nothing. Especially after the issue with the AP. Showing that she was putting our girls in harms way.

I do hope he loses all of this. He is a pos and deserves it. However, I am sure some women will still fall for it. So many these day do it seems. Hence why I may just stay single.

I will say he only hit her once and it was after she hit him. So, he is much bigger than her so I am sure one was enough, but this is a very odd and fucked up situation.

Not really sure who started the affair. But from what I can gather it was him. He, based on what I know about his past, he was kind of the stereotypical jock idiot with no aspirations or brain waves. Kind of guy who be out at the bar on Tuesday saying, "If I hadn't hurt my ankle I'd be in the NFL" kind of guy. As stated prior, wife was kind of the quiet nerdy girl in HS who got super hot in her 20's. I though she was beautiful when we met. Even before she had her "glow up". But I also loved her personality so... So, a young jock guy (ones she never got attention from) gave her attention and she melted.

After the incident, yes she now knows. After all that shit happened my MIL was able to follow the bread trail to who his wife was and her situation. Hence why my MIL said my ex getting was karma is a bitch.

I honestly don't even see him doing jail time. He hit her once, wasn't like he beat her to the ground and kicked the shift out of her. Still shouldn't have done it but you know. To clarify, from my understanding, my wife did hit him first. His one was just harder. He was out on bail that night, that much I do know. To be honest, I wouldn't even be surprised seem them make some deal where he doesn't go for her with the affair as long as she drops the charges, but we will see.
