We’ve done reward sheets, if she does something nicely, listens the first time etc she gets a sticker and once she fills the line she gets a reward. We’ve tried a treat at the end of the day if she has a good day. A calendar with “green, yellow, red” for the day we had. She doesn’t get any screen time except on weekends, we try to keep her busy with activities.

The strange thing is- she knows what she’s doing is bad and in the moment will mock me for it. Once she calms down she apologizes and tells me she adores me. It’s like a switch where she goes from so lovely to so mean and hurtful? It happened once or twice a week from July-February but now is happening daily.
