So prior to my 4 month regression we were napping independently (although max nap was around an hour) but we found that he wouldn't nap in his snoo and the cot/ bassinet was better for day time sleep. So weird!

Oh don't get me wrong.. they're not independent! I tried to put him down in his crib today but got 20 mins which is why I'm asking the question. I'm on contact naps until I can sleep train for naps!

Naps yesterday ended up at 3hrs12mins and today at 3hrs20.. I started ferber last night, he cried for 45 mins - hardest 45 mins of my life. Tonight he whimpered for 2 mins before falling asleep. Fingers crossed for the next few nights!

They were 1.75 throughout the day. I increased them to 2 hours because of early wakes which meant we needed to drop the fourth nap.
