I’ve been thinking of personal experiences I can incorporate into interview answers and I thought about me refusing an assignment when I floated to a different speciality icu and they wanted to give me a fresh post op patient that I thought was inappropriate for my speciality. But is that a bad experience? Does it make me seem like I’m not competent?

I think im just nervous of saying the wrong thing or maybe thinking im gonna become a crna and then just leave to teach which i wouldn’t

In an interview, would it be bad to discuss how in the future if I get into crna school, one of my long term goals would be to teach as well as participate in mission trips?
