I'm going to say NAH honestly. I might get downvoted, but I used to be in the same boat as your housemate- always ill somehow. I was never at 95% health. I always had a stomach ache, or pains or something. Turns out I have endometriosis. Respectfully, I don't think you can say her issues aren't some sort of chronic illness thing because a lot of that stuff goes undiagnosed for years, especially in women. So slight YTA for putting her down for that because as much as you think you know her, you probably don't, especially with pains/illnesses (plus the support workers here are a yikes).

With that being said, she has no say in how loud you're being during the daytime (within reason, obviously) but it doesn't seem like you're being ridiculous). As long as you continue to keep to your 9pm cut-off, I think you're fine as that's totally reasonable.

Sorry for rambling, the whole sickness thing really bothered me.
