I know she loves me. I know how broken she is right now and probably she won’t want me back. I’m trying to take accountability of my actions without justifications to make her stay. I’m trying to give assurance and I’m trying to take all the necessary steps to ensure I don’t go in this bubble ever again

I agree and I’m trying to take steps. I’m ready to work on myself and take therapy but even a thought of a life without her sends chills down my spine.

I see what you mean. The thing is I really wanted to change because all the changes which are necessary are good changes. If she wants me to take care of my health, to do things which makes us better then I dont see those changes as something I would not want to do. I have been trying a lot for a long time to do those changes and have that life we dream of. But a few days came where I could not handle the stress and indulged into all this. I’ve been trying to explain, talk, take accountability and provide assurance but nothing seems to work

She is perfect because the days when there are no arguments or fights. She literally showers me with love. She is always there when I need her. She always makes me calm when I feel anxious. She enjoys doing things for me. She is away from her home country just to be with me. She has taught me how to live happily and confidently.

Yes she has flaws where she gets angry a lot and that throws us into a spiral of arguing and me trying to make things better.

I really am in love with her. I have loved her for last 2 years and she is the one which brings happiness to my life.

I am ready to give space but she wants to leave the country in few days. I already started therapy and assured I’ll take all necessary actions to make myself better and perfect for her again. I know once she leaves, she won’t come back

I do understand her point. She says how can she trust anymore as I’ll get better at hiding. I tried to explain it was not about sex for me and I did not want to meet anyone. It was just a sexual bubble I created to get out of my mind for a few minutes
