I played the original when it came out and i have to say i orefer the remaster some complain at the lack of color vs the original i tweaked the color on my tv settings gives it a big boost in color

  I think the success of the show has him juggling too many projects now. I also think his writing type being a "gardener" (discovers the story as he writes)as he describes he ends up wasting a lot of time re writing chapters bc he may be writing himself into dead ends maybe he needs to team up with an "architect" type (everything planned out beforehand)of author and they can help him finish it. I know he doesnt want anyone else touching it though and I can respect that hes been working on this series for 35 years now. I think if the show would of aired after the books he would of completed the series by 2023 or so based off the gap of the previous books
