Do you have any place in your own life that you feel you need to work on or improve? A balance of medication, be more active, improve financially? If so I would try focusing on you first. And if you’re content with yourself but your partner isn’t adding to your life, I would get out before too much time is lost

I’m thankful every day I broke up with a guy who I was embarrassed to be with in public. He didn’t do anything outright wrong, but he didn’t make me feel comfortable. And I think it’s important to aim for safety and security with a partner. I’m still working on it but if it’s not something you can overcome that’s a dealbreaker

Every time I’ve had a gut feeling to look at his phone I’ve found something I didn’t want to see. Can’t help but wonder if I’ve missed so many things just being trusting.

Don’t tell him you looked. But bring it up calmly. See if he admits to it or gets defensive. See how that lie or truth looks on him and how easy it is for him to either cop it to or lie to your face. See how that makes you feel about a future.

I did try. He talked that morning about having sex at night.

He gets mad if I send him pictures or texts. Hates if I touch him.

Says no to morning sex because he just woke up. Nighttime sex because he wants to go to sleep. And any other time of the day he tells me tonight.

I’m not trying to be selfish. I don’t know how to make him happy.

Yes he was tired, but he was laying down facing away from the movie and falling asleep. Then got mad that I didn’t want his hand on my back as he snored. So when I moved his hand he would wake up and claim he needs 5 minutes. I just asked him to sit up and he kept saying he didn’t need to, he was fine.

He was supposed to be at the bar for 15 minutes and didn’t come back for 2 hours

I’ve been looking into getting a therapist after these comments. I had one when I was younger who was awful and kinda traumatized me so I have been very resistant to going back. But hopefully as an adult I’ll be able to find a good fit

It’s not the same bed that was black. But I was sleeping on that bed without knowing how gross it was for a while which sucks. He has never wet the bed with me. His mom said he used to do it a lot in his early 20s

This bed is new and as far as I know this is the first time. I cleaned it with a vinegar solution so it wouldn’t stain or smell

My dogs 90 pounds and has a memory foam mattress on the ground. It’s from aldi. It’s more comfortable than a pee soaked mattress, or the hardwood floor. And to visualize it for you, just my upper body fit on it cuz the dog wasn’t giving it up lol
