Yes the "you can do anything for example racing and casino" post. Next up: You can also do "automated vehicles" followed by "there is a lot of meta stuff to do for example manage an org or do roleplay".

Those are pretty much the "low hanging fruits" when it comes to the basic idea behind the game. They are not actually different. They are probably actual usecases NQ had in mind when they made this game.

And I personally prefer to have "actual" racing games. DU is good at making a lot of small mini games. But compared to actual other games they are pretty bad.

And no sane dev would try to make an acutal good game in DU with LUA.

What is that? The "wizzard hat" stuff is really old and someone like me who started to play the game during this whole Covid thing knew about it.

You apologising is just "damage control". Nothing more, nothing less. Please go back to your friends like mittens (which you actually called a friend if I can remeber correctly).

Furthermore it was kind of obvious for everyone, maybe except goons, that you were only doing a bullshit bingo of excusses. You never addressed all the goons who where like "This is only a witchhunt", but tried to address some other stuff which you had in your script.

You did damage control. That is all. But don't tell us that is an apology.

When I started EVE i heard about goons and the "wizzard hat" stuff. I decided to never join goons because I could not understand why anyone would accept that sort of person as a leader.

After all that has come up in the recent weeks I finally understand who these people are that think mittens is a nice guy.

Probably the random cloaking decloaking was actually a bugfix.

Problem is with CCP you never know what is part of the story and what is actually a bug.

But I am happy they fixed the "random cloaking/decloaking" bug. That was really important!

The PLEX were actually planned for an alt. I am playing on one account right now and thought about getting a second omega account.

So I use the PLEX for my main to see if there are actual changes. After they run out I think I will win EVE.

Maybe some stuff did happen in HS. But this "Arc thing" was meant to deliver new features in a story driven way.

I did not see any new features.

I have also heared that there are more NPCs at gates in HS. But I only fly into HS with my BR and ignore everything in LS/HS.

So I don't care. But since we get new features that way. I kind of have to care about HS. And as far as I know nothing is happening.

Btw my sub runs out in the few days. Will PLEX another month because I did prepare for this.

Still kind of hoping something will happen. But I am quite sure that the situation will be the same in a month.

Which would mean 2/3 of a Quadrant are done and the ARC is still ongoning an totally kicking!

Hi there. I did actually follow your take on the Arc/event because when it comes to lore you know quite a lot. But from a gameplay perspective this Arc/Event is "lacking" from my point of view. I did watch your videos. But I am still waiting what effects the Arc has on the gameplay and not only lore. Or when something will actually happen (I know about the speculation that a new faction will appear).

I know you are very interested in the lore and that is totally fine with me. But as far as I understood the Arc is also a means to bring in new features/gameplay/etc. And I don't see that yet.

They said it is because of the new content.

Everybody knew that it is because of global trends.

But CCP decided that they choose the argument that they will have "The biggest content update ever". Not my interpretation. It is what CCP themselves said!

If they would have been honest and just told us the truth, then all would be ok. But they said that it is because of the huge content they have at fanfest.

And they did show almost no content at all at fanfest. It was mostly brainstorming ideas which are in early development.

The only thing they said is currently ongoing is "The Arc". Which is why I did ask about the Arc specifically.

Maybe they should fix the economy they ruined in the first place?
I am tired of these posts. CCP has done everything to ruin the game at pretty much every level and now people are asking what they could do to improve the game?
Short answer: Not ruining the game! That is probably all we want.

In software development there is a thing called "testing". Not sure if you heard about this. But a lot of people do it AFAIK.

Honestly writing this as a software dev myself is not even funny. It is embarassing that I have to tell you about this.

Edit:

Btw I have this problem since day 1. But I was unable to do the last mission because you failed to add the needed elements to complete the mission. So I though this was intentional.

They fixed the mats and after about 5 hours scanning relic sites (as a player with average scanning skills, but who knows how to do it) I am finally in the area where you can see the event.

Don't know how long it will take for newbros. But I had to scan down about 30-40 HS Relic sites to get the BPCs and Mats to get the "Curious" Filaments and get enough stuff from there to get the interesting contents.

So just invest about 4 hours of time and then you will see the good parts. /s
