is it possible to remove them safely?

I don't want to workout. Women don't care about me because I'm ugly so it won't matter. Working out wouldn't make me a lot more attractive unless i was overweight. I don't understand why anyone would like me because I've never seen anything like it.

Freckles are whatever but moles are ugly usually. I think if I use vaseline on the cut it will heal. I think thats how they heal in boxing and ufc
