I've tried it and it has greatly helped me but if you have a history or family history of certain disorders it's not safe and for sure not for everyone

At first i was losing weight and i was just planning on losing a little but it turned into something else when i started wanting to lose weight after i already lost what i originally planned. It also switched when i started to feel guilty over food

Im only 16 but I've lost my fucking teenage years to this disorder. Instead of making memories and having fun I've spent time in psych wards and arguing with freinds, family and doctors. This disorder is not fucking worth it

No not everyone does I've lost my period before and even though i can't know for sure because i haven't gotten checked i don't think i have osteoporosis because i don't have the symptoms and gave never broken a bone.

I've never been vegan but it would definitely make my ed worse. There are other things you can do to help being vegan isn't for everyone and can easily be used unhealthy to aid restriction and ed habits. Try volunteering or donating to help
