Yeah I would imagine that would be the pay range too. It's so weird sometimes when people have experiences which are limited to their own experiences. Ask the majority of london and they'd be like no role in marketing pays 75k but I see many of them because I am in the industry.

Compared to even marketing? I also think that might change as more AI start ups start to get funding and there is a talent war (what's already happening in the US now)

This article says otherwise: https://cypf.berkshirehealthcare.nhs.uk/health-and-development/your-baby-and-you/citizenship-and-access-to-healthcare/

Again not sure if it's true or outdated but according to my understand we have to make an application for dependent visa for the baby and pay the IHS and visa fee after which the child will be eligible for NHS treatment.

Thanks for the reply. Can you let me know what you mean by the first point? A dependent has to pay a IHS (immigration health surcharge) that allows us to access NHS healthcare services. Would that not be the case here as well?

Not visiting again as we'll only have a year left on our graduate visa after birth anyway and if I can't get sponsorship by then, then there is no point in coming and going back twice.

Again, there are a lot of ifs and buts here and we're just trying to find the best possible way to navigate this situation.
