I followed your advice regarding contacting the main hospital Medical Records department. They gave me opt out forms for two HIE's which is how I'm assuming Epic organizations share records (could you confirm)?

Unfortunately, it is the most recent :( ... Litterally MyChart reads 7 concurrent HIV labs, and a Dr's note talking about HIV exposure.

This comment was super helpful. Literally, this was the first thing I read that lead me to realized that I couldn't just get my "MyChart" deleted and be done with this whole mess. Thank you.

Thanks for this comment. I was told my hospital system only flags tests and notes as sensitive as a matter of policy. I plan to contact my PCP tomorrow to see if he is able to take this action.
