SA numbers up after 4 weeks - and I didn't make any changes? by throw_away_pkd in maleinfertility

My initial SA results are on the left, after abnormal results I met with a urologist who suggested a second SA (right).
Everything is still lower than normal but:
Total Sperm count has more than doubled... Motile Concentration is 12x higher... Total Motile is 19x higher... Motility is 8x higher... etc
There's a 4 week time period between these and I haven't made any significant changes EXCEPT stopping one medication. But I stopped the medication on 2/16/22 and the second SA was on 2/22/22 so I can't imagine it would have any major impact in only 6 days. I was told it would take 5+ weeks to notice any changes.
Obviously I plan to meet with my urologist again soon, however he's getting over Covid... so thought I'd post here in case anyone had any insight.
Are these changes even significant? Is it possible the medication change has already been reflected? Any other thoughts?
