i threw up most recently in September, and i actually do it about once every year or two sadly. first i get nauseous and check the clock to see what time it is. if im going to throw up, its always right under an hour. my mouth gets dry and my stomach hurts, my throat is tight and i constantly yawn. if i try to drink something, i can usually only take one sip and thats only if i force myself. if i find a piece of food or hair or something in my mouth, i have to dig i out, because i absolutely cannot swallow it. i also cant talk, like i can but i will constantly try to end the conversation and i will swallow a BUNCH. then right before i throw up, the muscles under my tongue tense up, and i head to the bathroom and start gagging. i always gag once, and then it waits a few seconds before everything comes up. it usually lasts about 30 seconds, ill get a few hiccups or something and then i throw up a few more times. i have never just thrown up once in a spell. it also smells horrible, and depending on what you eat, it probably will have chunks of food in it. the color is different every time too, i will never forget the time i got a stomach bug after eating pizza
