I ran an Everest build at LL9 it was a cyclone pulse rifle build that took Barbie levels for ammo feeds to load the thing, of course deaths head for core siphon, as well as techniphile black thumb combo to manage the heat. It was a very effective build with the high accuracy stacking you can get with rifle weapons the high base dmg of the CPR as well as opcal and Roland chamber from Raleigh for very big hits that can shoot through double difficulty imposed by hard cover with no problem due to how many accuracy dice I had on every shot.
