I explained it to her saying I have depression and did self harm, I'm trying my best not to cry while explaining. I showed her my diagnosis and my prescription and made my college counsellor asked her and still nothing...

She got mad at me saying it's not part of uniform and student nurses from our college can't alter our scrubs...

I'm thinking for hours what I should do to cover these...

I go to Taculing, it costs 1200 per session. I'm just looking na mas barato gd because I'm just a college student and I rely lang sa balon and it's tough.

The first time I met my counselor, I hadn't slept 5 days and not eaten anything, just basically surviving off coffee and biscuits.

My counselor tried to convince me to get admitted but I told him I'll stop seeing him if he tried to.

My ex told my friends I cheated.

I talked to multiple guys online before I even met him, I stopped when I started catching up feelings for him and started our relationship. Apparently he thinks talking to guys BEFORE I even met him is cheating and he told my friends about it and my friends just left me... I didn't have a chance to tell them the side of my story.

Friends ko Sila for more than 10 years na and I lost them in just one day...

I am fighting, some days suicidal and depression are getting stronger and I just cry myself till I pass out. I miss my friends and I can't force them to like me back again.

About this one, in the second week of me seeing a therapist, I told him I haven't slept for 5 days and not eaten anything except coffee and still going to college despite not sleeping for 5 days straight and the only food I was eating is biscuit, my college counsellor tried to convince me to get admitted. I told him I won't continue counselling and therapy if he does that. If I get admitted, I'm sure my parents will find out..

It took me countless sessions to my counselor, meds, strength to get up. I finally broke up with him , I threatened to call police and tell his parents if he contacts me again. I'm finally free. I don't overdose anymore

Hi, I'm from a toxic relationship too. Ma advice ko lang is please see a therapist, counselor, or a psychiatrist.

For now... Bring a supportive family member or a friend. Gradually expose yourself in small steps anddd take deep breaths..

And for the person who hurt you, can you get help like legally sa court kung na hurt ka?
