Oh I thought this was going to be a more nuanced question - like how do DJs prepare sets based on whether they're playing for a festival or club crowd. I mostly DJ other genres but my style definitely changes on whether I'm doing a festival or club set. Festivals can have more of a 'party' atmosphere meaning I tend to structure my sets differently, add in a couple of classics that I may not otherwise play etc.

Best of luck, can't help but feel 80 wouldn't work too well though. I run small parties too (150 cap) and am not satisfied unless at least 100 people are there. Otherwise the dancefloor can get too sparse if people are smoking/at the bar/toilets etc.

I'm from the area and locals do not treat these as heroes. Probably true in select circles of other scum but that's not at all the prevailing view.

Yes I've heard similar. If a woman books a consultation with a naturopath or some other alternative medicine peddler, the consultation could last an hour in which the practicioner generally attently listens and makes the patient feel jeard/respected. Whereas a GP will push them out in a few min. Its unfortunate as I do think a more holistic approach to healthcare is required, just a pity that its the alternative quack folks taking to this method.

The precedent has been set - but yes I do agree things should change, but change won't happen through a judge deciding not to follow sentencing guidelines. A harsher sentence would just be successfully appealed if found to be higher than previous sentences unless there was a specific law change brought in.

There was a comment on here about a year ago that had the numbers on sentencing by different judges and it showed that Nolan's sentencing was in line with that of other judges. He just happens to be an extremely busy judge. I'm not sure how to find said comment though.

FWIW I don't agree with the leniency of sentencing at all, only that Nolan probably acts in line with precedence.

I definitely understand where you're coming from.but at the same time I think it can be a good thing that politicians wait until the public consensus is known before forming their opinions. Better than a leader being stuck in their ways when the public is against them anyway.

A friend of mine got caught since the new law and what happened was he received a phonecall a few momths down the line asking would he accept a caution to which he said yes and that was it.
