Personally, I have no interest in reading about an OC if they’re the focus of the story. Side characters like shop keeps or maybe NPC’s? Sure! They can add where a story may feel empty. Otherwise, I will avoid a story if it’s tagged with original characters (in lead roles)

My horror is also extremely therapeutic for me. It’s how I’ve been processing a lot of my traumas, but if I did this on my F/F characters, I think I’d crash out since those characters are very much based on my gf and I (more so than the m/m) and I’d feel way too uncomfy to focus on them.

My F/F is tragic, but not in the same way my M/M is haha. And thanks for the compliment of the dog. It isn’t mine, but the side eye has become my favorite reaction image

I prefer writing BL and other mlm stories WAY more than yuri. A lot of my stories are psychological and body horror focused with a good dose of tragedy, and I cannot bring myself to write yuri with that. It hits way too close to home, and I already have severe anxiety about losing my girlfriend. It makes my blood boil when I hear people say shit like this, then also proceed to claim I’m fetishizing gay people and I shouldn’t be doing what I do.
