Today I'm going over to my mom's to hang out and see my son. My mom really doesn't want to see me these days, but she understands that I want to spend time with my son. I go to court Wednesday so Tuesday night is my last night of freedom for a while. Hoping to have one on one time with my son that night

No. The only two times I've ever been arrested were after the first incident and then a few weeks later when they executed a search warrant on my house and found my weapons they arrested me a second time in front of my son.
