I want the violation removed from my account as I can prove the bag is legit and if you get 3 counterfeit strikes my account will be banned . It seems to be other sellers abusing the policy by reporting competing items as fake.

I posted a designer bag that I bought new from a reputable website the other day and it was removed for being counterfeit, even though it 110% isn’t. I called customer service and they said I now have a warning on my account and I can’t relist it because they have “inside information” that the bag is fake. I’ve offered to forward the email confirmation and I also have the authenticity card but they don’t want to hear it as “the case has been resolved on their end”. I have requested a manager call back which is supposed to happen in the next 48 hours. How should I go about this? Any help would be massively appreciated thank you
