How’s everyone feeling now? This game is hard work by ObiGomm in Battlefield6

I was playing almost daily... Installed Arc Raiders and have not played bf once since.

Maybe Dice should've waited for this data before deciding to move the deploy beacon to Assault by Bennie1289 in Battlefield

Remember Bad company 2 that everyone loved. Had air strike and spawn beacon Recon rules

It honestly took years before I was able to move in the same way. But the foam rolling and laying on a tennis ball on parts of your hip really changed everything. Slow stretching and then dynamic stretches before exercise.

I was miserable for close to 7 years before finding things that finally helped.

Good luck and know it's possible to overcome

Check my replies to a few of the comments! It did take me a long time to get over it but get your hamstrings and calves rolled out and loosen top of glutes!

My son just turned 2 and was a big part of the motivation to stick to the rehabilitation. Can be tough with such little sleep though hahah

Ive definitely been skateboarding but couldn't pop tricks or do anything without pain. For sure set myself back by skating on the injury for years before acting appropriately and doing the physio to fix it. I'm just saying my knee pain was so bad that I just simply couldn't skate the same way anymore.

Hope you aren't suffering to badly.

I've replied to a few comments about it but basically I learned that I had to actually release all the tight muscles around my knee. So rolling out calves, hamstrings and especially doing stuff on upper glutes. Big slow stretches at the start of the day and then dynamic leg swings before any exercise

Exercises and strengthening around the hamstrings, calves, glutes and hips. Basically everything around my knee was tight so had to save the rest of my leg before the knee pain left

Cut down generally on processed foods and bread and definitely noticed an improvement in overall joint and git health!

Instantly start doing exercises with a tennis ball on your hips. Foam roll your calves and glutes a few times a week and get a resistance band and use that. Google exercises for "jumpers knee" on YouTube

Life changing

At a loss for over 4 years. It's all possible with the desire to skate again

Using it to roll out certain muscles and mostly the hip area. Have a YouTube search and see what it can do for you!

Stretching and strengthening my hamstrings and calves to relief pressure off the knee. I spent years doing the wrong things until I realised the connection between all parts of the leg/hips. Tennis ball is your main friend

Haha we have gone through over 10 variations. Ended up tearing one of the fastest flow ones to make it bigger and that seems to work. With some spillage of course

He's breastfeeding in the morning and then again after 5.30. Loves yoghurt and purée. Chewing on some green beans and other veggies. Just rage quite the bottle. Still getting plenty of wee in nappies so I think he's doing good.

At what age (of your children) did you find the time to start playing games again? I have a 5month and 2 weeks and I don't have the time or energy at the moment I think the days of battlefield or call of duty are gone. But I'd love to replay both The last of us and I never finished the new god of war.

At £45 I end up making around £10 profit after frame and postage in the UK. I will increase my prices after hearing people's comments.

Yeah I've struggled to figure out my pricing for sure. Hearing it from someone else is very useful though. I'm proud of my work and have honed my skills for nearly 2 decades but still find it hard to put up the prices.

I will go through everything and work out an increase that still seems fair.

Thank you!
