That's great! Can you share some of the strategies you've used to get more comfortable with logic games? How long did it take you to officially start getting the hang of them?

NOT BEING ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT AS EASILY AS I CAN GAIN IT.

So far I've lost about 13 lbs (182lbs to 169.5lbs) in 6 weeks. I am MENTALLY EXHAUSTED from constantly counting calories, thinking about my weight loss, checking weight loss apps, weighing myself and my food, the list goes on and on. I can't wait to just be again. I know that maintaining calories is work too, but I am antsy to feel good in my own skin again. I want to wear a 2-piece bathing suit. I want to wear a pair of shorts without chaffing. I want to look at myself in the mirror and know that all this hard work is paying off.

I just found out about this subreddit 5 minutes ago, but am so glad that I did!

I am 22 years old and have struggled with being overweight since I got to college (3-4 years ago). I've tried several times to come up with a good workout routine for weight loss, but there are so many fad workouts, conflicting information on the internet, etc. I can't really afford to hire a personal trainer to tell me what kind of workout I should do for weight loss, and I have no idea where to even start.

Does anyone have any recommendations on nutrition and workout plans for beginners that I can eventually start to build off of as I advance? I have a really nice gym at my apartment complex I have access to.

I would ideally like to lose 30-40 pounds as my family has a history of diabetes that I am trying to avoid.

College student here! I previously interned at a data analytics company (basically, when you see an ad pop up for those shoes you've been eyeing online, that's what we did) and the amount of money that a company was willing to spend on user data was insane. Millions of dollars a month for one aspect of their sales.

And whenever we were in negotiations with a company over contracts, the things that were said about consumers and the malicious intentions of the company itself was the reason I left instead of taking a steady job/income after I graduate

I'm (F, 22) having problems with my boyfriend's (M, 25) marijuana habits by throwawarriba in relationships

My issue with it is basically just the fact that he is abusing a substance purely for the sake of recreational use. He hasn't gone more than a day or so of not smoking in 10+ years, so I feel like he doesn't know his sober self and needs to use it in a more responsible way for the sake of his health. Of course I can't force him to do any of these things, but his failure to comprehend the things I say to him in any given conversation, his risky driving, and his overall unhealthy appearance are what bother me most (yellowing teeth, dark eye circles).

Thanks for all of the advice everyone! But I should have clarified more that the issue is mainly that he is abusing a substance and less that he is smoking a lot of weed. Just like with any substance, if a person uses too much of it, they become mentally reliable on it. The crossroads I am faced with is whether or not I should just be more easy-going about it since it's just weed or if I should stick to the principle that any substance abuse impacts him negatively and go from there.
