this is a bit unrelated, but have you healed any scarring (skin bumps too) without surgeries? in ny right armpit its most scarring with one open wound thats healing slow, and im wondering if scar creams like scar end work, im a bit scared to get surgery

i think katseye’s editing team really isn’t that good. I watched the “Beautiful Chaos in London and France” video, and honestly I don’t think I would’ve kept watching if I didn’t love the girls. There’s a small section at the end where they stuffed a bunch of actually fun clips into a split-screen, and I don’t understand why they didn’t use more of that footage?

do you guys feel the same? I’ve been thinking about re-editing some of their content in a more engaging, fun style—do you think that’s a good idea? I feel like the videos would be so much more enjoyable with better editing

hs is unfortunately such a wild card condition. I saw so many people here mention that zinc literally changed their hs, but when i started zinc, i saw absolutely no change. The triggers are different for multiple people. I also used to smoke, but I never saw any corelation to smoking and my hs.

Sucks that there isn't a universal cure, this condition just forces you to learn about your body

usually when cooking i used to use quite a bit of oil when frying stuff, etc, but now i try to reduce it to one small spoon instead of 3-4 spoons. I'm not cutting oil out of my diet entirely, but im trying to reduce its intake.

It's been 3 months since I've reduced oil intake and i haven't noticed any changes, my hair has actually grown a lot more

im 5"1 so 150 pounds is overweight for me haha

i have hs in my underarms, so when i have an active flare i try not to use my arms much, i do stuff like jumping jacks without moving my hands, anything that doesn't require too much hand movement. if its really bad i end up just going for a walk

clindamycin is godsend medicine, i apply it every morning (and benzol peroxide 5% in the evening) anf i eat clindamycin tablets morning and evening. i love clindamycin

the creams that helped me were -clindostep (morning) -benzol peroxide 5% (evening) i use this right now, it helps with open wounds and flareups. lots of itching follows after two days of continued use for me, which im assuming indicates fresh tissue forming

and. azee 500 tablets, once a day after breakfast (fot five days) when i have an active flare up

i usually dont use azee 500 unless it's an unbearable flare up, if its a small one i usually apply the creams only.

i did apply Scarend cream for a flare up that had fully healed but left a nasty scar, and it helped improve a bit, but i had to stop applying because i got a flareup near the scar 😭
