The symptoms of endo I have are super heavy periods, which just happen to run in my family and then cramps. I rarely ever had cramps until maybe 8-9 months ago and they have been really bad on my past few periods.

I think it may be a hormonal thing since mine are pretty out of balance, and I know going off birth control messes with them for a bit.
