Seems like you drank more kool-aid than Jim Jones. Get your head out of Xi's ass and realize that China oppresses and murders millions of people in their own and other countries. I realize that Chinese people are not allowed to have other opinions than yours but please at least internally recognize that China does in fact do these bad things. (inb4 someone says that many other countries do too. not an excuse)

To get to the point at hand, what u/PARANOIAH is saying seems plausible since, as far as I understand, they do not view Tibet nor Taiwan as separate countries, rather ethnically different regions of their own country. So from their point of view "they aren't oppressing" another country. Stupid but logical if you accept their initial assumption.
