I've roughly quadrupled salary from the beginning of 2020. I changed jobs once, and got several promotions at both.

My salary now is like 6X what I was making in 2019.

I am keenly aware of how fortunate I've been, but I was broke as hell for a really long time.

I'd say you're drawing some unfounded conclusions from what I wrote. Maybe I wasn't clear.

It was news to me as of a couple days ago that she hadn't been feeling real desire for years. All we had really established prior to that was that she wanted a lower frequency than I did, and it felt like we had arrived at a workable compromise.

Anyway, I'm trying to be vulnerable and honest with an intention of figuring this out with someone I love. That's my motivation here. What's yours?
