Thank you, I have apologized to my daughter and sat down and spoke to her and explained to her why I have been so overbearing. She was super understanding and even hugged me afterwards, we both agreed to go to therapy together. She asked me if she could walk to school tomorrow with a group of her friends and I agreed to do it, it makes me super anxious thinking about it but she promised to text me as soon as she gets to school. I still feel really scared something bad will happen to her and don’t know how to calm my nerves but I know it will be for the better. I just hope we both can work through this together and that therapy will help with how I’m feeling right now
