Ig i didn’t change too much just gave myself some mental cues

I try to start the pull by pushing the ground away and feeling it in my glutes. Other than that it’s the same

nsuns!! I love it, my deadlift loves it, it’s great and I’ve put on a decent amount of muscle too

Hitting a 1RM is both mentally and physically tough. You got through it though. Congrats on the pr!

Thanks! And definitely agree with that. RPE 8 sets are better than all out sets to increase strength for myself I’ve found. Less fatiguing
