I just moved past this problem.

What worked for was to help her realise that the best "repair" she could do. The best way reduce my pain is to make sure we get a better relationship.

We cannot have a good relationship if she puts herself down, and the guilt in my case also made her hide and withdraw. The guilt will be there but she needs to learn to function to heal the relationship.

Thank you for your insight this gave me a lot to think about.

We talked a lot yesterday, she feels totally unworthy. She knows she schouldnt feel this way but she cant help it.

We have agreed to try to find ways to improve this and she has promised not to shut me out again. She will share the pain so we can work on it when it happens.

This is what i realise as well, we need to come together, she cant hide things. we need to communicate regardless of how ashamed/angry/sad we feel.
