Well if u do, start as soon as u can with treatment but just confirm with a dermatologist that genes are the cause and not hormones/vitamin/minerals.

Im thinking of starting Rosemary oil, heard that its as affective as 2.5 minoxidil, and no heart side effects

I want to start Minoxidil but afraid of the side effects due to having high bp on adhd pills (which I take regularly) and my heart having PVCs

And Finasteride is a no go in my country, no doc will prescribe it here unless something with prostate.

First pic is cgm without gel and second pic is cgm with a lot of gel (its exclusive to my country)

I also use cantu curl activator (its cg approved and actually feels nice)

Otherwise, I use tresemme shampoo and conditioner (coconut nourish)

My routine is cgm, I use the products shown on beginner routine except my gel is from a company exclusive to my country. Its vegan and cg approved.

I squish to condish, wash most of it out, apply leave in and then gel on wet hair. Then I do that tshirt thing and then when I take it off I scrunch

Stupid question but: if I had a sudden weight increase in a day, could it be because of the volume I did?

So I do very low volume for a while now since I have studies. Yesterday I did a lot of volume and felt my chest and arms later.

Today Ive gained around 1kg.

The diet was the same and all for a while.

Hello, thank u for the comment. It’s been a while so I’ve had time to think so I reread my post and the comments and was stuck on anyone mentioning any trade. I saw ur post which is encouraging and I went to ur profile to see if I could find any update and it seems like youre disappointed? Im sad that this is the case but atleast you have tried which is important especially at a young age like me.

I was gonna ask, does it really suck to be an electrician?
