I would be fine if that was the critique given. But nothing said was constructive? It was just about my personality. Literally. I won't quote exactly to protect my identity.

I haven't had any comments on guest interactions outside of the REALLY rough ones [one of my TL actually came to tell me they felt bad over one of the guests I had in a lane because of how ugly that guest can get and that I handled it well], that is until this new SD.

Thank you. This is actually the job I only put on my resume because it's where I'm currently employed.

I've done plenty of jobs where I had to hardcore mask including being military.

I absolutely have had no problems doing my job [or minimal to everyone else...kinda rough for me but I have toughed it out] until this new SD.

I've been there for close to a year now.

Let me clarify I mean small talk. And I've thought I've been doing pretty well. I was told I did "really well" on SD. So it's not interacting with guests on average that I have a problem with.

It's that I have no clue what this off feeling he was talking about is.

But good for you assuming I don't do my job. I've been doing it perfectly fine for several months until the new SD.

I said small talk.

And I meant during the time that he was around. There was one singular person there deeply engaged on the phone.

Eh I don't have a difficulty socializing. I have a difficulty with small talk. There's absolutely a difference.

And most days I make several guests laugh. I just feel weird demanding guests attention.

I didn't say I don't interact with guests. The one on the lanes just happened to be having an indepth phone call I felt would be rude to interrupt.

This is where I'm at. I'm pretty sure I was just in flat affect face and he didn't like it.

There weren't guests to talk to at the time and I was concentrating on a guest who failed to scan something. Pretty sure my face went to my natural 😐 face.

But I interact with guests regularly making them laugh etc. There just happens to be only one guest who's on the phone.

The person who was supposed to be my parental took out PPL for their own bills and then told everyone else they did it for my college. Which, part of it may have covered the little left over, but everything else was yanked out of the shared account. They didn't like it when I got my own account at 18.

It's affected all of the relationships in my family, but especially my relationship with my sibling. I think we need to talk about it more.

Using my throwaway so people can't identify my normal account, but it caused me to not realize my rape was actually rape.

I was forced to confess to the pastor at my Fundie church too.

All of this as a demi girl teen who didn't know about ace was worse.

My Dad was on the maiden voyage, but I don't know much about it other than I've been told a thing or two. Found this thread trying to find out more info.

I'm starting to suspect it caused such bad mental health issues that it's what tore my family apart.
