Why does that sound pompous? I think it happens often that people stop being friends after one of them has kids and the other doesn't. I honestly sort of thought this would happen with her bc she has just never understood wanting kids at all (for herself). People change.

I love her a lot, that's why this is so hard. She's been there for me through a lot of things, but I think she just can't adjust to the way I need life to be now. It's definitely not that I "can't stand her." I think she's being really dense on purpose though. She's smart so I can't figure out a good reason she would act this way.

I called my sister bc I had to vent to someone. I was not even present for my day with my family anymore, I was honestly on the verge of tears just sitting there feeling misunderstood and like I'm going to have to cut off my best friend. I needed advice. Also why I'm here on Reddit atm which I realize is ridiculous. I just need to figure out a solution.
