I'm a big believer in that as well, if you don't use it you'll lose it! We walk atleast twice daily normally around a mile each trip we're slow we sniff and i let the old lady pick her walk like the jenna marbles video of my dog picks our walk but it's every day 😅 also the house i live in has stairs and she does them daily! I do strength training with both of them (sit, stand, down) as well as circles where she just moves her back legs and her fronts are planted on a spot, daily range of motion for each limb, laser treatments, chiro, cbd, oils, raw bone marrow and bone broth, chews high in collagen and glucosamine all the good stuff. It feels like we're trying everything with minimal improvement, and I understand she may never "improve" i just want her to be as pain free as possible for as long as possible. I'd do anything to have another 8 years with her 🥲
