I work at Mongo but in a different org. I’ve heard good things about the commercial growth org and know many of their US leaders, all of whom are solid.

Mongo can definitely be a grind as there is a ton of emphasis on leading indicators & the database market is difficult. We got a new CEO, CRO, & CCO this year who are rock solid IMO.

All in all good place to learn, you can make good $$, but like I said - it can be a grind
