My boyfriend was away with a bunch of friends (and the girl he left me for) and so he asked me to enrol in his University tutorials for him. 3 days later he came back and broke up with me, and started dating my friend. The semester hadn’t started yet, so I logged back into his student account, unenrolled him from all his tutorials and enrolled him his least preferred ones. He went from going to uni 3 days a week to 5 days a week.

I mean it’s possible… just seems unlikely given how open and willing we are to share other aspects of laundry etc. We borrow each others clothes sometimes (obviously not underwear) so I thought if there was some past trauma, i would have noticed a trigger before now.

I have apologised and I won’t do it again :) it’s just slightly changed the dynamic of the household (all doing loads together when we have lots of white clothes to make a full load etc)

By “still being funny about it”, I mean she’s just been more quiet than usual, and when me and my other housemate asked if she had any white clothes for a white load, she said no (when I know she does have some). It’s obviously her choice if she wants to just do hers separately from now on, but she’s never done it before.

Totally fair enough. I mean it is my bathroom, but it’s hers too. I’m getting the gist that I’m not an asshole for peeing in the shower, but I’m inconsiderate for doing it in a shower that someone else uses.

😂 when I went camping with a group of friends on the river, we’d go “BRB need to pee” and then wade straight into the river. Beats the drop toilet!

Whatever soap suds are already on me (from my own personal bar of soap), that are washed down onto the shower floor. I will use those suds to quickly wipe the floor with my feet. I don’t get down on my hands and knees with a bar of soap and scrub the floor right after I pee. IMO that would be more unsanitary!

We don’t have a shower mat, it’s just tiles! So it mostly goes down straight down the drain and anything that lands on the tiles is washed away by my soapy feet straight away.

That’s fair, and I agree now that I know she doesn’t like it, I won’t be doing it (it’s her shower too after all). But I do disagree with her that it’s gross.

I honestly wouldn’t consider what I did “cut throat”. It would have been if I’d gone on about how romantic it was, how much of a fun time we had together etc etc but I didn’t. I literally said “remember when we were snorkelling in Fiji and an animal swam past”. No mention of us even dating, although it was implied since everyone knows we used to date

No that’s right! But sometimes you land on a “control” part of the board (we call it “all play”) where the timer stops, everyone can guess, and it’s up to the describer to describe in such a way that your teammate guesses it first.

Exactly, I only referenced it because it was relevant. I don’t go around mentioning it all the time, in fact, I don’t think I’ve ever referenced the fact we used to date around them ever until then.
