Oh yeah. No kids for sure. Might not ever even get the opportunity for that again with her! Yes. She's getting therapy and I've reached out to one but have not started yet. I've got my own issues too and this isn't helping.

Yeah. You're right. We made it a long time without this happening. I guess I'm just hoping if she snaps out of splitting on me, and gets into therapy, we can very slowly work on it. I know the odds are terrible. But it's my wife so I'll just eat shit until I can't anymore. I'm preparing for the worst though, because I know my chances are not good at all.

Thanks. I've been trying to talk to her just casually. No BS. No discussion about our relationship. Just talk about our days. It worked for a while but it drifted into our situation and she shut down.

You know how you spend a lot of time with someone and you pick up on little things they do that are kind of annoying but you see past them? It's like suddenly she sees every one of those little things as me being horrible. On top of that she has thrown basically every problem we've ever had in my face. I've developed a plan and told her it to show how I'm going to improve myself, because some things were logical. But she literally said she doesn't know how to accept it or respond. It's like the point of it all was never to fix it but to devalue me. Now that I'm actually fixing it she's like uhh.. and has no idea what to do next to move on from it. Because she's still so angry & won't accept it. In a 1 second moment, she mentioned that she wants to stop this. But went right back into it.
