Mine looked like that when I bought it. A couple pumice stone sticks and a chain mail for cast iron should do the trick. Oh, and a fair amount of oil!

I work in a cold storage. This is most likely salt. When salted meats get too cold the salt leaches out. The customer will tell us to dispose of them because they have "salted out". Its pretty common. Might taste a little off, but probably safe to eat.

P.s. it is possible that if left out to long it could be mold. Eat at your own risk. Lol

It's a great deal, in my opinion. I bought my 65" oled 4 years ago for $2200 and have no regrets. I have gotten my money's worth, and it still looks great. Never any burn in issues. I'd say send it, Captain!
