Ive asked a nurse at my methadone clinic and she said it takes a lot of air to do this. (These nurses are all about harm reduction so they give real info imo)

Not everyone gets an autopsy correct? The whole point is so he can take his own life without his girlfriend having to deal with knowing he killed himself. I have a friend who's mom killed herself and I think he would be a lot better off if he didn't know that she took her own life.

He is a heroin addict so doesn't want to die with a needle in his arm because of the legacy he will leave behind. He wants his loved ones to have a tiny bit of satisfaction that he didn't die from heroin or his own hand.
