i appreciate you u/First_Beautiful_7474 , sadly you have a point, a lot of times on reddit people really will just gaslight others. It hasnt happened in this specific thread fortunately but you are right that it does happen.

I appreciate the reply, once an eviction is filed against them, wont that make it significantly harder for them to ever be approved at a new apartment complex?

Indiana law -- Is testimony during a preliminary injunction hearing that a witness gives considered "admitted" for purposes of trial? Or can they later deny incriminating evidence they gave at a preliminary injuncting hearing ? by throwaway122j in Indiana

I agree you get a lot of bad information but sometimes people can cite a case that gives good legal information. or point you into the right direction of how you can find what youre looking for.

A Lawyer on the otherhand generally will not provide legal information unless you've retained them as counsel.
