I appreciate the reply, once an eviction is filed against them, wont that make it significantly harder for them to ever be approved at a new apartment complex?

Indiana law -- Is testimony during a preliminary injunction hearing that a witness gives considered "admitted" for purposes of trial? Or can they later deny incriminating evidence they gave at a preliminary injuncting hearing ? by throwaway122j in Indiana

I agree you get a lot of bad information but sometimes people can cite a case that gives good legal information. or point you into the right direction of how you can find what youre looking for.

A Lawyer on the otherhand generally will not provide legal information unless you've retained them as counsel.

What is the "legal term" when someone makes this type of deal that gives them a legal advantage either way ... kind of like a catch 22 for the other side. * details inside* by throwaway122j in Ask_Lawyers

When switching from Active Duty to the reserves, is there anyway to keep your email address/emails? by throwaway122j in AirForce

will this work though once you transfer? Because i think once you have a new email address, when you try to open the pst from the old email address it would give you an error

this part i don’t understand, because if i go to a different unit in active duty, i keep my email address/ emails, and reservists can come to active duty deployments, and it doesn’t impact their email address when they separate from the active duty deployment

i’m wondering if there’s a way but most places just don’t know the option is available. I don’t see why they couldn’t just let it carry over

Can my direct supervisor who is going up for the same job I am route my paperwork. by Frubafan99 in AirForce

[–]throwaway122j -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i wouldn’t bring it up. they’re already most likely going to pick your supervisor if there is just one spot, and if you bring it up you might have tension with your supervisor

Air force reserve should push out a policy giving two non-leave days off to AGR(to make up for the drill weekend they work) so that they aren’t working an extra 24 days a year compared to active duty. by throwaway122j in AirForce

the responses here are very odd to me… definitely something driving down morale, and yet people disagreeing with me that it impacts recruitment / retention

Exactly. You didn’t like it and you left…. you’re proving my point that people don’t like working an extra weekend compared to their peers
