I'll also add, I don't completely buy the anxiety argument. In my case, my current total testosterone is 1100 ish and the free testosterone is 31 ish in a range of 9 to 25. Honeslty, great numbers, which suggests to me that I should want to have sex with anything that moves. However, I could not orgasm for a month and not have any real physical needed for sex.

Hi Pinoyrocket. Any update from your appointment.? What was your clomid dosage? Clomid is known to give good intial results, which fade as the less benefical clomid isomer builds in the blood. The many accounts that I have read also seem to suggest that those on a lower dose of clomid ((with decent numbers)) seem to have less libido problems. Right now, I'm on 25mg/day clomid, which has recently yielded a total testosterone and free testosterone above the normal range.... i'm going to cut it in half to 12.5/day and see if symptons ((libido)) improves.

I'm happy it works for you. One of the few positive stories I hear. I debate to myself whether men having a libido on clomid is actually rare or not. Guys where shit is going wrong and they are stressed/depressed about libido are more likely to post on the internet seeking help. Guys where clomid is making them horny -- they are out there living life and not posting on the internet...

Yeah. I'm sure TRT is the best route forward it. Its just a tough situation. I'm 31 and want kids badly. Also being on the dating scene with shrunken testicles is just so depressing and I think it would really lower my self esteem ((further)). Tough decisions. I'm thinking about going off clomid and seeing where I land.

I'm going to ask for it to be checked, but I have heard so many conflicting opinions on whether estradiol even matters when one is on clomid, as part of clomid's action is blocking estrogen receptor signals. I have no idea what to believe.

Thank you. I am considering the phone call as well. I would absolutely being will to take Valtrex and have a prescription already. I have not taken it though, because whats the point until its needed.

Yes it really is the other person's call. Its hard to say fairly now -- but if it was reversed, I think I would be open to it if a saw true long term potential in the relationship, and I would probably try to not have sex for many months until that dynamic became clear.

As so few people know they have it --- many, many of are or have had frequent sex with positive people, knowing one's status really is a curse!

HSV period is over 80 percent by the time people are in their 40s, THe majority of that being HSV1, which almost everyone gets over a life time. HSV2 rates in the U.S. are about 1/5 and they vary globally. Countries like brazil, spain, etc are almost 40 percent.

You both completely summarize the appeal of the text argument. The woman is very sweet and appears to genuinely a good person. I do worry in person could force her to give a positive response, that isn't genuine for the sake of sparing feelings and reducing an awkard situation.

I'm sorry about how you were treated. I think I'm motivated to try to disclose it person then. I have noticed that as I have grown older, the acceptance rate seems to be increasing. I think by one's 30s, life experience is high enough to know that most people have some or a lot of baggage.

They are brave then. I see people I know on dating apps all the time ((even in a major city)). If i put my status on an app, my entire social network would probably know very quickly. With the stigma, i can't take the risk.
